Project Health Check (PHC)
"Project Health Check" uses a standardized questionnaire to systematically screen and evaluate your project for risks and weaknesses during execution. The search for likely causes concentrates on the "What?" and not on the "Who?". The analysis provides results used to identify specific activities that then go into an Action Plan. Subsequently, you receive detailed management recommendations to help insure the success of the project in relation to the schedule, resources and budget.
You will also be given a well-founded risk analysis of your project. The sources of risk are identified and their potential effect on the project result is estimated. You receive a risk adjusted plan of action to assist you in getting the project back on track for further success – all the while, exchanging your experiences with our on-site subject matter experts.
