Patient Path Analysis (PB-A)

Patient Path Analysis (PB-A) is a procedure that facilitates a systematic and structured analysis of hospital operating processes.

After a detailed overview of the hospital processes on the basis of patient flow, a detailed analysis of the interfaces between the individual processes are performed. A determination of the process costs is prepared and then compared to the receipts. Management options to optimize the processes are developed and then implemented in close cooperation with the client.
