Systematic Innovation Process (SIP)

SIP includes a complete system of consulting services, techniques and tools developed to provide customised support to companies for the intensification, optimisation, acceleration and rationalisation of their innovative abilities. We analyse the innovative capabilities at your company using the “SIP-Audit” and develop recommendations on how you can improve it. We assist you in defining innovation objectives within the framework of SIP workshops.

The generation of ideas (who can use what resources to generate which type of ideas?) is the focus of the follow-on discussion. We provide comprehensive consulting services and tools – particulary our inhouse product “SIP®-6P Procedure” – to assist in evaluating the ideas and train your staff in their useful application. We also support the realisation of valuable ideas in various ways. We advise and assist, for example in the preparation and conduction of project management or useful innovation controlling.
