Groupwork and teamwork (GTA)

We help you to introduce modern production concepts. We apply the methods of social-psychology to build teams. Here, the cornerstones of our consulting contribution are:

• Development and setup of organisational structures (overlapping, integrated networks)
• Staff training in the interests of teamwork (information, motivation, and preparation of group speakers, moderators and team members)
• Setup discussion sessions and directed problem solving processes (e.g., CIP)
• Setup of visualisation systems to support group activities
