No business, no organization exists without change. The reasons which lead to change are multifaceted: Transformation of customer requirements, changing competitors, capturing of new markets, new regulations and laws. All those reasons require innovations and new technologies, new business models, collaborations with suppliers and external partners, mergers and acquisitions, business process outsourcing etc in order to stay competitive.

Challenge for our customer
Our experience and many different studies point out that the established organizational changes are not consequently lived and implemented by the employees. Just when the process of developing and implementing is supported by a professional management, the changes can be implemented successfully.
Employees often keep holding on to old working routines since changes are not planed regarding to strategy, structure, culture also changes are not systematically implemented. This leads to waste and non value adding actions further present potentials and benefits are not bailed out.

The potential
Companies are socio-technical systems this is why changes have to be implemented on two different levels. The first level is the “what- level”, the level concerns the organizational reasons. This means that the objects and results should be realized within in the set milestones and budget.
The second level concerns the psychological and socio dynamical aspects of the change, the “how- level”. The central question of the “how- level” is: How to successfully implement the psychological and socio dynamical aspects within the process schedule? Since each change can just be a success if all employees implement and live the change within the processes.
